J.L.  McGuire and Associates Is continuing to grow as a Supplier of Automation Equipment for different industries.  We are looking for Associates who want to promote teamwork and their personal growth. This clerical and accounting position is part time with the possibility of developing into full time in the future.

Duties & Qualifications:

  • Provide administrative support with visitors, files, phones, and office equipment.
  • Provide accounting support with responsibilities for payables, receivables, job costing, checking on status of purchased materials, etc.
  • Associate must feel comfortable in an engineering and manufacturing environment with constant changes to accommodate clients.
  • Should have an Associate Degree or equivalent in experience.
  • Must be dependable and able to work with little supervision.   Travel as required for errands and meetings.
  • Would enjoy representing company by making contributions to Civic and community activities.
  • Other duties as they arise in this lean manufacturing environment. 
  • Should be competent in Microsoft Office and Quick Books.  Comfortable with hardware networks.  Willing to learn new systems for satellite, phone systems and making web site changes.

Compensation:  $9-10/hour depending on experience and capabilities
